Metadata corrections

For a title, author, language, category or edition correction, identify the field, the proposed correction and a reliable source record. This helps the team distinguish a cataloguing issue from a difference between editions.

Technical reports

For a broken reader or download, include the device, browser, approximate time and the action that failed. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive identification documents.

Rights reports

A rights message should identify the work, the specific file or page, the claimed right and a way to verify authority to act. The catalogue can temporarily restrict access while a sufficiently detailed report is reviewed.
